Our Refund Policy
At Munchies, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. We take great care in preparing and delivering your food fresh and accurately. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order (e.g., missing items, incorrect order, or quality concerns), please contact us within 4 hours of receiving your order by emailing Munchies@gmail.com or calling 0423 456 789 Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo for reference.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following cases:
Incorrect or missing items.
Food that arrives spoiled or unsafe to eat.
Delivery delays beyond our stated timeframe, if caused by us.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Food that has been partially or fully eaten cannot be refunded or replaced, except in cases of verified food safety issues.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind or preference-based returns once the food has been prepared.
Promotional or discounted items may be non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.
4. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 4 buisness days.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
